What type of data can I upload?
Our system allows you to create a dataset by uploading a csv file. The csv must contain a single table of data that starts with the names of the columns in the first line and then contains consistent values for those column headings in all subsequent lines.
You can add additional tables to a dataset when the schema--the column headings--is the same as in the initial file. For instance, you may upload a table for a certain year of records in a dataset and then want to expand the dataset to include add additional years.
You can also add additional datasets--where the column headings are different from the tables you've uploaded previously.
What else do I need to do?
You have to describe what your agent is expert in--i.e., what sort of data is it able to address. You have to describe the datasets you're uploading. Optionally, you may want to add descriptions to some of the column headings, but that is optional.
You also are required to indicate the source of the data you are uploading.
How long does it take?
After you describe the data and upload a file, the system may take a couple of minutes to ingest the data. After that, you'll see a link to your agent page and you can start asking questions about the data immediately!
